- Toxic Communication:
Offensive language, obscene or rude words. Intentional trolling, hostility, insults, provocation, or involvement in the escalation of conflicts. (This rule is aimed at stopping unhealthy communication. Jokes and playful provocations among friends that do not go beyond generally accepted norms are not subject to this rule). Using aggressive or rule-breaking nicknames is prohibited. Provocative statements and aggressive messages in political discussions.
- 18+ Content:
Erotic and pornographic messages and content. Content and messages related to violence, mistreatment, or anything that implies such themes. Any content related to suicide and drugs. (This rule does not apply to acceptable jokes. It becomes active when jokes go beyond limits or are written seriously).
- Spam / Flood / Capital Letters:
Spam: Repeated messages, phrases, or images that are the same or similar. Flood: Writing three or more short sentences in a single message consecutively. Posting such messages in channels that are not intended for this purpose is also considered flood. Capital Letters: Generally allowed, but should not be overdone. Excessive use will lead to questions from the moderators.
- Third-Party Advertisements and Game Bugs:
Links related to third-party sources and their advertisements. Advertising guilds in Royale Online in the appropriate channels is allowed. Messages containing discussions about banned programs (hacks, bots, etc.) are prohibited. Open discussions and publications about game bugs and security flaws (it’s better to report them to the management team. You may receive penalty points).
- Communication and Mentioning the Moderation Team:
Messages threatening the infrastructure of the portal and any objects under management, as well as messages that threaten the reputation of the portal and team. Insults directed at management and team (We will be very hurt by this). Unauthorized publication of personal discussions with the management team. Mentioning administrator and moderator roles without a specific purpose or reason.
- Compliance with Management Team’s Guidelines:
If a Royale Online team member asks you to stop an activity or behavior, you must comply immediately. Team guidelines are critical for maintaining the community’s safety and enjoyment and contribute to a respectful gaming environment. (Ignoring team requests not only violates server rules but can also worsen situations or contribute to an uncomfortable atmosphere). Failure to comply may result in consequences according to our penalties.
- Respect for Race and Religion:
Racism, racial discrimination, or any prejudice based on ethnicity, skin color, or race is strictly prohibited. Similarly, disrespectful or derogatory expressions toward any religion, religious practices, or religious figures will not be tolerated. (This rule is essential to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any joke, comment, or expression that could be perceived as racially or religiously insensitive is unacceptable). Violating this policy will result in immediate penalties, including permanent banning, depending on the severity of the offense. We encourage all community members to embrace diversity and remain respectful of differences.
- Punishments:
For the first violation, you will receive a verbal warning. If this does not work, repeated violations will result in a temporary mute, depending on the type of violation. If you violate the server rules again, you will be given a long-term mute. If this still does not work, you will be assigned a special role that limits your freedom on the server. If you have gone through all levels of violation and continue to violate, you will be banned from the server. If you decide to directly violate all allowed norms and rules (e.g., insulting moderators, helpers, or management), you will immediately receive a long-term mute/ban or be kicked from the server.
